As the owner of Lavender and Sage, Von specializes in creating a safe and welcoming space where Black women can truly be themselves, feel heard, and be accepted. Their salon is more than just a place for beauty—it’s a sanctuary for self-care, connection, and empowerment. Beyond their work in beauty, Von has a deep passion for supporting mothers, especially those navigating the postpartum journey. They believe in fostering self-care and confidence for new moms, helping them feel seen and cared for during such a transformative time. When they’re not at the salon, you can find Von enjoying a great cup of coffee, exploring new foods, indulging in art, or spending time with their beloved husband & kiddos!
Staci is a creative and passionate nail technician at Lavender & Sage, bringing five years of experience to the salon. She loves all things nail art—so as long as you’re patient, she’ll bring your vision to life (within reason, of course!). Known for her sweet and chatty personality, Staci enjoys getting to know her clients and making every appointment feel like a fun, relaxed catch-up session. Outside of work, Staci spends her time hanging out with her kids and cats, rocking out at concerts, and stirring up drama in The Sims. She also fully embraces her “delulu” side, living out dream marriages with BTS and DPR Ian.
Isabel is a talented nail technician at Lavender & Sage with six years of experience, specializing in pedicures but well versed in nails. Known for her sweet, gentle, and caring nature, she strives to make every client feel loved and secure in her care. Her mission is to provide a relaxing and nurturing experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed and valued. Beyond the salon, Isabel has a passion for traveling with her husband, exploring new places, and embracing creative projects through her love of crafting. She’s also a true coffee lover—if you ever want to brighten her day, an iced latte from anywhere will do the trick!
Ashley is the most carefree and loving nail tech you’ll ever meet! With five years of experience, she specializes in Gel-X, Hard Gel and nail art, bringing creativity to every set she designs. Her goal is to make every client feel confident, stylish, and cared for. Before stepping into the beauty industry, Ashley was a professional track and field athlete for five years and earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Washington. She also has a background in fashion, having worked as a wardrobe stylist before transitioning to nails. When she’s not at Lavender & Sage, Ashley stays busy with her many passions—fashion, art, and great food. In her spare time, she works out, creates content, and dedicates time to developing her nail product line and podcast.
